Dmitry Medvedev has proposed to spend the parent capital for purchase of cars

Marimeia, December 10. Prime Minister of Russia proposes to disburse the funds of the parent capital for the purchase of cars. A respective Commission was formed following the meeting of the support of the Russian market of vehicles.

To engage in the study of this question is entrusted to the Minister of labour Maxim Topilin, Minister of industry and trade Denis Manturov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, as well as the economic development Minister Alexei Ulyukaev. The progress report must be submitted prior to February 12, 2015.

Recall that members of the Public chamber of Russia last summer sent a letter to the Ministry with a request to consider the possibility of extending netcapital. In particular, in the book it was proposed to use these funds for the purchase of a car for a family’s needs.

The program of the parent capital operates in Russia since 2007. Now funds can be used to pay for the education of the child, for the repayment of the mortgage loans, as well as on the improvement of housing conditions and the formation of the cumulative part of the retirement mothers. By the way, the last right was used by only 13 residents of Mari El. On the education of children spent the parent capital about 900 families, the remaining more than 20 thousand, used the certificate for the improvement of living conditions.

The program ends on 31 December 2016. In late November, Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets argued for the extension of the program for at least 5 years. At the same time, in early October, the Ministry of economic development proposed to stop the issuance of mercapital to save 300 billion per year.
